Due to the consumable nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any opened or unopened products once an order has been processed or shipped.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@nitecapdrink.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.
Nitecap reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet these conditions.
